The Author

Dean Moss grew up in Malaysia before moving to the UK, where he has lived most of his life. He now resides in Cambridge and works in finance and strategy. When he isn’t at this job or writing, he explores big questions about science, technology, philosophy, psychology and the future—ideas that often find their way into his stories.

His debut novel, The Black Accords: Emergence, follows Jude Black whose carefully ordered life is torn apart by an impossible event. As hidden forces awaken and humanity fractures under pressure, the story explores power, identity, and the choices that define us when the greatest threat comes from within.
